Terms & Conditions – 6zz Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the 6zz platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any amendments that may be published from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

6zz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Use of the 6zz platform is permitted only where it is lawful to do so under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person in placing bets or using casino games;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information throughout the life of your account;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 6zz or any of its affiliated companies or partner game providers.

6zz reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of the account pending verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6zz account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6zz immediately by contacting [email protected]. 6zz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify us promptly or where the breach results from your own negligence in safeguarding your credentials.

6zz is entitled to treat any instruction, bet, or transaction originating from your account as having been made by you unless and until you have notified us of a suspected breach and we have confirmed suspension of the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6zz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your account and may vary based on the payment method selected, your account verification status, and applicable platform policies.

4.3 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours. 6zz does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or fraud-prevention procedures requiring manual review.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method held in the same name as the registered 6zz account. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC). 6zz reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6zz offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to ৳20,000, along with periodic reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are distinct from real-money deposits and are subject to game-specific contribution rates toward wagering requirements;
• Time limits apply to all bonuses — unused or unwagered bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated period;
• 6zz reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended;

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the 6zz platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet selection, stake amount, and any applicable parameters are correct before confirming. 6zz will not accept requests to amend or cancel a confirmed bet except in circumstances where 6zz determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred.

6.2 Manifest Errors

A manifest error is an obvious and palpable mistake in the odds, lines, or terms of a bet that no reasonable person could have genuinely believed to represent the intended offering. Where a manifest error is identified, 6zz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled at the time the error is identified.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed within the platform and may vary by sport, game type, or market. Where a bet results in winnings that exceed the applicable maximum, only the maximum payout amount will be credited.

6.4 Suspicious Betting Activity

6zz monitors all betting activity for signs of irregular or suspicious patterns. Where such patterns are identified — including but not limited to the exploitation of pricing errors, coordinated betting with other accounts, or match-fixing related activity — 6zz reserves the right to void the relevant bets, withhold associated winnings pending investigation, and report the activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on 6zz — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and card games — are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6zz platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 6zz or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 6zz.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6zz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from interruptions to service, technical faults, third-party payment provider errors, or any delay in processing transactions.

6zz's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your 6zz account at the time the relevant incident occurred. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6zz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the verified payment method on file following completion of any applicable investigation.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
